I am President of Lakewood College. I founded this organization in 1998 but never thought it would come this far–but God!! Anyway, I never take a day off but I took the day off to get prepared for the week.
I decided to start organizing my blog postings in a more organized fashion so that it is easier for those of you who want to follow my journey. Here is the format:

Starting Weight: 169.9 Weight today: 165.8
Starting Body Fat: 39.9 Body Fat Today: 39.4
Workouts completed: 30 Minutes Cardio at Nulife (Jody) and 1 hour weight lifting with Lance
Food for today: 3 Protein shakes and 2 Walmart Salads
I am grateful for:
1. Salvation
2. A good mind
3. A good Heart
What would make today great:
1. Getting rest
2. Completing my workouts successfully
3. Staying on task with my meals
Daily affirmations. I am beautifully and wonderfully made!

1. I finished my cardio with Jody
2. I finished my weight lifting with Lance
3. I stayed on track with my eating!
How could I have made today better?
I could made today better if I stayed focused on what is going right than what is going wrong.
