Because I have such a busy life right now I have decided to dedicate one day monthly to my updates. Last month was the first month I really dedicated myself to not cheating on the meal plan and it paid off. Further, I made sure that I did at least 4 cardio sessions with Nulife Fitness Camp each week and 4 weight lifting sessions with Lance, with this week being the exception since I have only completed one cardio session. I was extremely busy this week and had some major family drama this week. However, I have made a decision to not allow any circumstance to deter me from reaching my goals. Situations are going to happen an d my life cannot change because of them. Above you will see my progress pictures that were taken last weekend. Below, you will find my weight (I lost 8 pounds! woo hoo). I feel fantastic. I went back to serving in my ministry at church and each day I attempt to publicly acknowledge someone who has been good to me. In other words I am focusing on giving instead of receiving.
Here is a picture of the three trainers that are helping me realize my dream of becoming a fitness competitor. I am competing in my first fitness competition on October 3, 2015. It has been a dream of mine for 25 years. I turn 50 in November and wanted to do it before my 50th birthday. Many people ask me how am I going to get to this goal in 5 months, well I have a dream team. On the left is my bikini coach from Spain, Ingrid Romero @ingridromero1 , in the middle is my awesome weight trainer Lance, @mr_pulltight and on the right is the best bootcamp in Cleveland, Miesha @nulifefitnesscamp . It takes a village though with me. Lol cause I love food. My daughter @warriorprincess747 keeps me together at work and my awesome husband @hagginsisaac is my food policeman at home. I thank God for them all!
