Holy smokes… only 95 days left until my first fitness competition! Wow and I have so much to share with you. First let me first begin with thanking God for this amazing journey! At the beginning of this year I was so so shaken by some very painful family events that left me feeling abandoned and unloved. All I did was cry and complain until one day at church my pastor said something that shook me and I made decision that I would have to look at my situation differently. The situation to date has not changed by my human eye but I trust that All things work together for my good because I love the Lord and I am called according to His purpose. so while they are doing what they are doing over there, I am doing what I need to do for myself over here. I am learning to love myself like God loves me. I am learning to love myself enough not to be someone’s emotional punching bag and to say “No” with dignity, honor and respect.
